Job Summary Tesla is looking for an amazing graduate who is passionate about computer engineering, machine learning and latest technological solutions and desires to work with automation controls development team (CAE – Core Automation Engineering). The candidate will have the opportunity to take part in innovative projects which will be directly connected with advanced manufacturing at Tesla factories. CAE team creates elegant software and automation solutions to build and assemble Tesla products in all manufacturing areas of the factory (Body in White, Paint, Casting, General Assembly, Drive unit, Battery workshops). The candidate will apply academical knowledge about computer science, databases, data collecting and processing in industrial area and be involved in digitalization and development of Tesla’s production lines. CAE team provides a valuable experience at Tesla by joining projects that are critical to their future successes Responsibilities Develop advanced software solutions supporting next-generation control systems Leveraging machine learning, or advanced analytics in production environment Manufacturing equipment integration with factory systems like MES, MFS, FM, PDM, etc. Design systems with future scalability in mind, ensuring they can adapt to new technologies, production increases, or evolving operational demands Drive Continuous Innovation by connecting Tesla needs with latest industrial trends Comply with company rules and regulations, strictly follow work instructions, actively identify safety hazards, promptly report safety hazards and accidents, propose safety improvement suggestions, and continuously improve to create a safe and healthy working environment.

结合业务通过AIGC提效,主导系统的服务化架构设计、AI 模型编排、交互接口整合等核心模块,深度参与从模型能力对接到业务场景落地 的全过程,推动 AIGC的持续进化。 1.设计与开发 AIGC 系统核心后端服务,包括模型接入、能力编排、上下文调度、插件系统等 2.实现对主流大模型(如 GPT、Claude、Qwen、LLaMA 等)以及工具型能力的封装与统一调用接口 3.构建和维护面向多模态/多 Agent 的 MCP(Model Control Plane) 编排框架 4.接入向量数据库、知识库、RAG 检索链路,提升推理效果,如有能力,参与前端开发(主控台、可视化模型调度界面等),提升开发者交互体验 5.推动系统性能优化、监控告警、灰度发布等工程稳定性建设
阿里云是国内领先的音视频服务云厂商,业务涵盖直播、点播、智能媒体服务和实时音视频通信等方面。通过先进的音视频技术和强大的云计算能力,为各个行业提供高性能、高可靠、灵活智能的音视频服务。 具体职责包括不限于: 1、视频云直播、连麦,点播,短视频,媒体生产与处理等服务相关的实时/非实时的音频分析和处理; 2、音频处理算法,包括多场景降噪、自动增益控制、回声消除等; 3、音频特效算法研发,包括变调变速、机械音、性别老幼、拟物等各类变声以及说话人转换,虚拟3D声,HRTF; 4、音频分析,包括鼓掌、欢呼等特征音频标定,音乐鼓点标定,音乐风格分类、情绪分类等。
1、自动驾驶多模态算法研究与应用:负责自动驾驶领域的多模态大模型技术研究及算法开发,包括视觉语言模型(VLM)、一段式端到端模型,以及多模态大模型在复杂场景下的技术整合。 2、多模态感知基础模型研究:开展文本(Text)、视觉(Vision)与点云(Point)融合的多模态感知基础模型研究,包括但不限于4D表征、推理(Reasoning)感知、规划等研究方向。 3、视觉-语言-动作(VLA)大模型研究:负责基于视觉-语言-动作(VLA)架构的端到端方案研究,包括数据生产方案、VLA模型架构、效率优化等方向设计与研发。 4、预训练模型研发:研究基于未来帧预测的预训练模型,结合端到端框架设计,探索其在自动驾驶感知、决策与控制闭环中的可行性及性能提升方向。
