任职要求
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields; candidates graduating between 2023–2026.

Experience: Relevant internship experience or solid academic project background (internships of 3+ months are preferred).

Hardware Fundamentals: Strong understanding of analog, digital, and power electronics hardware architectures and design.

System Tools: Proficiency with Unix/Linux command-line tools and environments.

Testing Theory: Familiarity with QA methodologies, testing strategies, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Programming Skills: Proficiency in at least one of Python, Golang, or Rust/C++, with hands-on application experience.

Hardware Literacy: Ability to interpret complex electrical schematics and PCB layouts to design clear and effective software test plans.

Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel domestically or internationally up to 10% of the time, as project needs dictate.

Preferred 

EDA Tools: Experience with CAD tools like Altium or Allegro for schematic and PCB layout design.

Project Ownership: Demonstrated ability to lead or deeply contribute to automated testing projects with independent problem-solving skills.
