What To Expect
As a member of Charging and Energy product System Integration team, you will be a part of delivering high quality firmware and hardware for the superchargers, charging adapters, and various other types of charging equipment. Your responsibilities will be integration and validation of charging and energy products; Firmware project steering and release management.
What You'll Do
· Perform hardware and firmware integration of next generation Tesla Charging Systems.
· Lead and own firmware validation, new features definition, firmware regression, and firmware releases.
· Integrate and debug features at the system level and release the changes to production.
· Lead short- and long-term development projects including requirements definition, application architecture, UI design, implementation, automated quality testing, continuous deployment, factory and field trial.
· Facilitate & project manage partnerships with key groups such as Product Management, Marketing, Executives, Customer Technical Support, Service Engineering, System Test and Firmware/Software development teams, Factory Firmware, and other partner engineering teams.
· Manage and resolve conflict with the ability to influence cross-functional teams while managing multiple simultaneous projects with competing priorities.
