Responsibilities： Provide timely and professional technical support to global Tesla employees via phone, remote tools, and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy, Rave) Monitor and manage service tickets from initiation to resolution, ensuring timely follow-up and closure Support and maintain company IT infrastructure, including desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues remotely Document and maintain technical knowledge base articles to support team efficiency and continuous learning Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and user experience through process optimization and automation Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver technology-driven solutions tailored to business needs

The Role The Support Test Engineer is responsible to provide successful validation and verification of Applications in the non-production environments before moving them to production. The Support Test Engineer has to develop and execute exploratory functional tests in order to ensure product quality. Looking for a highly motivated individual who is comfortable with Agile environment. This Role requires a self-starter with the ability to manage day to day tasks. Responsibilities • Responsible to work independently on project tracks assigned to the resources. • Responsible to develop, execute Test plans and test cases. • Responsible for preparation of test data for Testing. • The ability to work to aggressive deadlines. • Responsible for Testing Mobile apps, Web sites, MiniProgram, as well as the integration testing with Vendor. • Execute functional system and Integration testing, regression testing of Customer Experiences, Website and packages Application like apps in Mobile/ipad. • Prepare the test case for automate team to add automation scripts • Verify functionality and data output against requirements. • Log, manage, and retest defects in bug tracking system. • Report testing status, milestones and issues to related stakeholders in the projects. • Keen attention to detail and be exceptionally good at identifying inconsistencies and flaws. • Support off-hours launch and monitoring of systems as needed. • Update and use Confluence page extensively for open knowledge-sharing. Manage test cases in test tools.

The Role: As a Mechanical Design Engineer in the Exterior System Engineering department, you will design, prototype, validate, release and launch components for current and future vehicle programs. Exterior Systems includes a diverse family of components including: Front & Rear Fascia Assemblies, Wheel Liners and Sound Absorbers, Underbody shields, Rocker panels, Plastic trim components, Front End structures, Active grille shutter systems, luggage compartments, Badges and other decorative parts. You will interface with other vehicle engineering teams and work cross functionally with other departments. This ranges from defining criteria at the concept phase with our Design Studio, problem solving current production issues with our Quality team, modifying designs to improve for manufacturing, collaborating with our Purchasing department during the sourcing process. You will be part of Tesla’s vehicle engineering organization and report to the Engineering Manager of Exterior Systems. Responsibilities: As part of Vehicle Exterior Engineering team, you will participate in component design, engineering change release /tracking and component validation in Shanghai Giga factory to help improve the quality of Tesla products. Cooperate with suppliers to develop new innovations, modify designs to improve manufacturing, validate designs and refine validation process. Learn and assist with design release and launch exterior components and subsystems, aligned with program product profile which may include: • Concept engineering & feasibility. • Design to deliver customer-driven exterior system targets for craftsmanship, function, cost and weight. • Participate in the iterative process with the Tesla design/styling studio to deliver the optimal balance of form vs. function vs. cost. • Detail design including surface development, structures, datum strategy, attachments, GD&T. • Complete and release component & sub system design, utilizing a mix of in-house design and supplier engineering where required. • Utilize DFSS methodologies as appropriate during the design, validation and launch of the program. • Support overall vehicle development milestones and prototype/production build events. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the Tesla Vehicle Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering and Procurement groups to ensure system manufacturing and assembly feasibility and serviceability.
