The Role:
Serve as the independent owner of assigned indirect categories and manage the full procurement lifecycle—from category strategy and sourcing through negotiation, contracting, and supplier performance. The role covers a broad range of indirect categories and requires close partnership with business and corporate functions, as well as the ability to run multiple projects in parallel.

Responsibilities:
1. Category Strategy & End-to-End Management
Act as the independent category owner and manage assigned categories end to end.
Develop and continuously improve category and sourcing strategies.
Independently organize sourcing events (including tenders/RFPs) and bid evaluations, and drive strategy execution.
2. Commercial Negotiation & Cost Control
Lead commercial negotiations with suppliers.
Build category cost and pricing models.
Manage contract and performance risks.
Drive Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) optimization.
3. Supplier Lifecycle Management
Develop supplier expansion plans and source, onboard, and manage suppliers in a compliant manner.
