The Role
Tesla is seeking a Senior Service NPI (New Product Introduction) Engineer to help scale Charging Service Engineering’s capabilities to monitor, maintain, and upgrade a diverse fleet of Charging Products. Service NPI Engineering helps accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy by driving improvements to the systems and parts used to maintain Tesla’s fleet of Charging Products – like Supercharger and WallConnector. They will be responsible for driving rapid solutions to some of the most challenging problems, collaborating with every aspect of Tesla’s business including but not limited to finance, design engineering, reliability, manufacturing, service operations, service, part lifecycle planning, logistics, business analytics, technical publications, training, and tooling.

Ability to juggle multiple projects and products at once and adapt to shifting priorities
Excellent presentation and communication skills with both internal teammates and external parties
