The Role Tesla is seeking a Senior Service NPI (New Product Introduction) Engineer to help scale Charging Service Engineering’s capabilities to monitor, maintain, and upgrade a diverse fleet of Charging Products. Service NPI Engineering helps accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy by driving improvements to the systems and parts used to maintain Tesla’s fleet of Charging Products – like Supercharger and WallConnector. They will be responsible for driving rapid solutions to some of the most challenging problems, collaborating with every aspect of Tesla’s business including but not limited to finance, design engineering, reliability, manufacturing, service operations, service, part lifecycle planning, logistics, business analytics, technical publications, training, and tooling. 职位概述 动力总成新产品导入集成技术项目经理，负责管理动力总成投产项目，并将动力总成项目与整车平台项目进行集成，确保与整车项目、市场交付节点匹配。 规划并管理动力总成投产项目； 协调并统一项目投产目标及阶段性指标，驱动跨团队达成目标； 新产品规划过程中，制定各个动力总成投产项目的里程碑节点并持续管理； 新产品开发过程中，理解产品工程原理与制造流程，整合制造资源推动制造端与工程变更的同步准备并确保问题得到有效解决 新产品开发早期，识别技术、流程与运营风险，制定应对策略，并通过跨职能协作推动问题闭环解决 作为动力总成与整车项目、工程、工艺、供应链、质量等团队的核心接口人，建立并维护沟通平台； 建立动力系统与整车集成的固件集成导入计划，并建立维护有效的沟通平台； 与财务及跨部门团队协作，确保制造成本控制与预算一致； 根据公司战略及产品规划，统筹动力总成（电驱、电池、充电机等）与整车平台的集成路径，制定并管理项目路线图； 持续维护动力系统产品在整车上的组合，并管理组合变化带来的跨部门业务运营影响； 跟踪动力总成相关变更的成本影响，支持整车成本决策； 建立、执行并维护项目管理流程，包括通用时间节点、阶段评审、交付物和技术规范； 使用流畅的英语与海外团队进行动力总成产品技术开发、项目管理、问题解决等话题进行高效沟通和信息整合管理。 遵守公司规章制度，严格按照作业指导书工作，积极查找安全隐患，及时汇报安全隐患和事故，提出安全合理化建议，通过不断改进，创造安全健康的工作环境。
1、主导负责充电桩产品及相关零件（交流桩、小直流充电产品、充电主机、充电终端、充电枪、AIBOX、立柱、CCU板、充电机器人等）的供应商开发; 2、对需求方所报需求进行合理与合规性审核; 3、负责寻源,SOR、RFQ与供应商的对接,商务条款的洽谈,供货协议和采购合同的签定; 4、牵头完成各个项目,按照规定的流程、执行规定的动作、在限定节点时间内完成商务工作,保证过程的公平性并对项目结果进行定点会汇报。掌握商品,竞争对手和供应基础的市场情报,以为公司做出最佳战略决策; 5、制定供应商资源分析/布局战略,并推动落地,保证竞争充分性和供应链安全; 6、可进行独立的成本分析,建立或优化成本模型和成本基线,确保价格合理可控； 7、与各个职能团队一起管理供应,交付和质量; 8、主导供应商定期评价,并与相关部门一起对低评价供应商制定改善对策并跟进改善效果; 9、根据市场情况,销量及其他要求主导并推动降本; 10、及时完成公司及部门临时委派的其它工作。
