任职要求
1. 具有电子工程/电气工程/电力电子/机电工程/自动化/控制工程/系统工程等相关专业学士学位,硕士及以上优先; 2. 精通电子电气基本原理,擅长原理图、器件、架构拓扑、电源电压转换等问题; 3. 熟练使用基本电子设备工具(示波器,网络分析仪,信号发生器等)。 4. 有编程能力(Python, C,C++等),熟悉Linux系统者优先; 5. 有SAE方程式/太阳能汽车竞赛经验者优先。 6. 善用第一性原理思考问题; 7. 英语流利,可作为工作语言,海外经历者优先; 8. 加分:理论扎实,挑战不可能,丰富的动手能力、创新思维将理论应用于实践; 9 希望可实习4个月及以上,一年中任何时间都可以开启实习,投递时可以在简历说明自己的时间、时长等情况; 注:请投递该岗位的同学提交英文版简历

The role: Tesla Electronics Test and Automation Group (ETAG) is the main point of contact to ensure the highest quality vehicle, silicon and robotics electronics for our customers. Our mission is to develop test automation equipment, architect software automation framework, and provide hardware/software/data infrastructure for Tesla electronics communities worldwide. We are seeking a multi-faceted Electrical Engineer who will be responsible for all aspects of identifying, analyzing, root causing; implementing countermeasures, and reporting on issues affecting all low voltage PCBAs including, but not limited to, body controllers and car computers. This candidate will work with test engineers within the group to quickly mitigate and implement countermeasures at suppliers and factories to improve quality, reliability, durability of the products. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on problem solver with excellent analytical and organizational skills, who thrives in an environment that encourages and rewards superior work. You should be passionate about innovation and developing new skills, and excited to take on the challenge of contributing to the next generation of engineering tools and systems. Primary Responsibilities: • Work with quality engineers, supplier engineers and suppliers to monitor products performance, identify trending issues. Prioritize based on Severity, occurrence, and/or cost of each failure modes • Detailed failure analysis, identifying root-cause of problems –Perform board-level debugging to isolate faults for physical FA • Apply knowledge of electrical engineering and PCBA manufacturing to drive containment and corrective action implementation into production / design / supplier / Firmware. • Participate in continuous improvement activities and take preventive actions. • Share Lessons Learned from previous field issues; Provide upfront feedback by participating in design reviews to ensure product performance, reliability, and manufacturability issues are identified and risks mitigated. 岗位职责: 1、参与质量策划:协助质量工程师收集和分析汽车电子研发项目的质量要求,整理形成质量需求文档;参与制定研发过程中的质量控制计划,确保计划符合项目目标; 2、过程质量监控:协助质量工程师推进实施管理计划; 3、文档管理:负责整理和归档质量相关文档,协助质量工程师准备审核资料。
