面试将于2026年3月陆续开始 Amazon is seeking a Data Center Technical Support Technician to support the Data Center Infrastructure Operations. Ideal candidates will be a self-motivated, possess strong communications skills, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies, and phenomenal attention to detail. This is a global opportunity where the candidate will have to work with teams in Seattle, UK, India and China. And as a Data Center Technical Support Technician, you are a primary resolver for your support team, and are skilled at troubleshooting one or more operating systems. You are able to provide technical support to troubleshooting and solving all but the most complex infrastructure issues. Primary Job function included but not limited to the following: * Support all aspect of a mission critical spare parts pool for server and network equipment * Provide technical support in effective troubleshooting and repairing servers and networks * Support Server and networking equipment installation and removal * Directed project work The workplace for this position is primarily data centers, not a traditional office. The workplace environment may include specific conditions, such as temperature-controlled and equipment operating noise.
