任职要求
- MS degree in Optical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Vision or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience. - Experience in at least one of: o Imaging systems or machine vision systems o Optical bench build o Image processing by Python/Matlab/C++ o Lab automation systems bring up o Opto-Mechanical project design - Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross function teams to lead and solve technical problems - Demonstrate a creative approach of critical thinking, enthusiasm for delivering the best product in the industry. - Be motivated by our mission to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy and understand how their work contributes to that goal Additional skills we are looking for: - Experience with AI driven new technologies for visions system and image quality tests will be a huge plus. - Coding skills with programming language such as Python, Matlab, C++, with experience of digital image processing, data analysis & visualization - Image quality test experience in R&D side, fundamentals of imaging systems and ability to perform comprehensive image quality characterizations (SFR, through-focus, distortion/camera calibration, color calibration, boresight alignment, etc.) This job application may involve an interview with an interviewer outside of Tesla China. Summary of the position This position in the Camera Engineering Team will focus on new camera tests and optical validation by a variety of new technologies and lab automation. The engineer will provide actionable feedback and test reports to the team members. Lab work is a key component of the position especially for the characterization of image quality, optical metrology and camera failure analysis. This role involves collaboration with designers, engineering, manufacturing, commercial teams and requires the ability to distill highly technical information and effectively communicate with other teams and management.
