THE ROLE
We are hiring test engineers for our Reliability and Test team. We are interested in candidates with all levels of experience, but will prioritize strong problem solvers and communicators that drive projects independently.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and implement test programs for electric vehicle powertrain technologies.
• Interface with design, reliability, material scientists, quality, and service to identify failure modes and create design validation test plans.
• Collaborate with test technicians as peers to achieve test objectives.
• Design and fabricate test equipment for mechanical, thermal, and electrical systems.
• Perform component, system, and vehicle validation by simulating realistic and accelerated dynamic and environmental conditions.
