The Role

As a Senior Product Engineer (Product Manager) at Tesla China, you will act as the bridge between business and technology and serve as the product owner for IT/digital products in your domain. You will define product vision and roadmap, drive end-to-end delivery, deeply understand business pain points and processes, design scalable product solutions, partner with China and global teams on feature rollout, and continuously improve business efficiency, user experience, and operational quality through data and AI.

Product directions we are hiring for include:
Charging & Energy (Energy & Infrastructure): Digital products and systems related to charging and energy
HR (Enterprise Applications): Human resources and related enterprise application products and systems
MES/EAM (Production & Quality): Manufacturing execution, equipment/asset management, and other production and quality related products and systems
Financial Services & Accounting (Service & Financial Services): Financial services, accounting, and related after-sales/financial business products and systems

Responsibilities
