任职要求
Minimum 

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Rich experience in factory digital product inovation and digital transformation
• Solid knowledge in plant production management including production planning, shift management, production order execution, routing management, quality control as well as the product cost calculation.
• Solid knowledge in information system design including the data modeling, API and UI mock up.
• Experience in AI technology-related product design and implementation
• At least 5+ years’ experience on digital system design, process consulting and system implementation.
• At least 2+ years experiences on the project management/ technical program management
• Excellent documentation skill both in Chinese and English. Familiar with Conference and JIRA product.
• Experience building, developing, and managing highly effective program management tools and processes.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills with ability to work in a highly cross-functional and global environment.
• Solid product sense with the ability to understand product architecture and as well as drive and criticize design decisions.
