THE ROLE As Tesla China has been growing rapidly, this accountant/senior accountant can support diversified financial practices resulting from rapid business growth, also not same as traditional accounting, this role need to help other business stakeholders addressing problems and analyzing data, to be more closely with the business itself. In the meanwhile, need to work closely with global team to quickly solve issues. RESPONSIBILITIES Work closely with external vendors/internal partners. Coordinate with business requesters and give reasonable solutions time wisely. Understand the company ERP system, participate in ERP system optimization program. Figure out essential financial impact with business acumen. Prepare the weekly/monthly reports and other reports required by supervisors Comply with accounting and reporting guidelines. Comply with applicable policies, procedures and other regulations. Ad hoc tasks or projects allocated by supervisor.

1.To take responsibility of IC Entry Review and statutory report 2.Ensure the monthly/quarterly/yearly closing and financial reporting package timely &accurately 3. Review reconciliation of accounting records with operation date and organize corrective measures if necessary 4 to take lead in finance related project to meet the requirement of reporting and business needs ,such as M&A.etc 5 .to coordinate with local and global functions for any local accounting issues if needed 6. be responsibility for the monthly tax reporting ,planning ,analysis ,dealing with tax bureau and government meeting or inspection; 7 Implement & monitor the internal control process ,identify tax influence and provide solution; 8.be responsible for internal /external audit 9 ensure compliance of financial policies and approval level on all types of spending and expenses 10. Budgeting ; Leads and manages the annual budget process by preparing and presenting and budgets through proactive collaboration with the management team 11 Managing due diligence process from finance point of view 12 Managing treasury part: cashflow forecast, deposits, currency control (made by another employee, need to manage his work
1. Conduct in-depth safety-related market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and industry best practices. 2. Suggesting improvements to existing business strategies to drive safety reality, perception, and/or efficiency. 3. Drive key safety management topics, including but not limited to OKR management, Budget to payment closed-loop management, etc. 4. Develop and implement strategic initiatives and action plans to drive business performance and achieve company safety objectives. 5. Monitor and evaluate the progress of strategic initiatives, identifying potential risks and recommending adjustments as needed. 6. Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement by developing and maintaining financial models for various business units and projects. 7. Stakeholder management: building and nurturing strong advisory relationships with key external and internal stakeholders on key new initiatives related to international safety
In this role, you'll be... -> Designing and updating of safety-related procedures, rules, and standards for case handling across different countries. -> Defining case classification logic, decision-making guidelines, control policies, and appeals processes. -> Monitoring safety KPIs and conducting data-driven reviews of safety cases to identify improvement opportunities. -> Working closely with global and local stakeholders to align policy direction with operational needs. -> Participating in internal forums to review and optimize policies and ensure transparency and fairness in rulemaking. -> Preparing and delivering insights and reports based on case trends and policy performance.
