任职要求

* With experience working in a maintenance capacity on equipment and/or have equivalent training or relevant education(for cycle life test equipment, Neware is preferred).
* Ability to analyze problems and error conditions, identify root causes, and implement viable long-term solutions.
* Ability to use a Volt meter and schematic diagram to troubleshoot electrical systems.
* Ability to read and interpret detailed mechanical assembly drawings and accurately measure and inspect tolerance.
* Proficient with solenoid valves, electrothermal coupling , actuator and control operations and can read schematics.
* Proficient with basic cooling or fan and vacuum system operations.
* Follow all aspects of maintenance safety protocol.
* Knowledge on safety and risks in lithium ion cell and related test protections.

工作职责

Cell lab equipment technician

Job location: Tesla Shanghai cell certification lab
Report to: Tesla Shanghai lab manager

This test equipment technician will work on a team to help in lithium ion cell performance through cell testing. They will support cycle life test plans and procedures, support engineers to operate test equipment(including daily checking, upgrading and maintenance) and design fixtures under different complex working condition which may over regulation standards.
They will be the first-responding problem solvers who manage machine breakdowns and recoveries. This is a physically demanding job working, and utilize other hand tools and power tools as needed.

Responsibilities

* Perform and calibrate on all battery test equipment  and related tools, bench and fixtures.
* Diagnose equipment failures - root cause and communicate required actions across relevant teams.
* Perform major equipment repairs, update and installations.
* Collaborate with Engineering teams to improve equipment reliability and maintenance protocols.
* Perform corrective maintenance on more than one of these types of equipment:
o Electrical systems ranging from 24 VDC to 480 VAC
o Mechanical systems
o Vacuum systems
o cooling/fan systems
o PLC and networks
o Inspection Equipment
