任职要求
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA is a plus
2. 0-3 years of experience in financial analysis. Big 4 experience is a plus
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. SQL and PowerBI is a plus
4. Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, effective communication skills
5. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis
6. Fluent in English and Chinese, both spoken and written

Tesla Shanghai is currently seeking a Cost Accountant to support the accounting department at Gigafactory Shanghai, Lin Gang. As a Cost Accountant, you will assist the Costing and Inventory team in the following areas:
Job Responsibilities
1. Purchase Price Variance Review. Regularly examine the variance between the material purchase prices and standard costs of components at the Shanghai factory. Identify and analyze the reasons for discrepancies, such as changes in market prices, supplier negotiations, or quality differences of materials.
