Minimum 
Bachelor’s degree or higher in CS, CE, EE or the equivalent in experience and evidence of exceptional ability.
Minimum 3 years of working experience as a software developer.
Expertise in Golang modern web development technologies and frameworks.
Good unit testing and integration testing practices.
Proficient in commonly used database and middleware, able to accurately identify usage scenarios and pinpoint, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Redis, MQ, etc.
Excellent interpersonal communication skill.
Experienced with git flow, better familiar with GitHub.
Open to helpful feedback on technical designs and pull requests.
Fluent in English.
