Live-streaming recommendations demand real-time responsiveness to rapidly changing content dynamics (e.g., host interactions, traffic fluctuations) within extremely short time windows (typically within 30 minutes) posing higher demands on the system's real-time perception and decision-making capabilities. Additionally, the immersive single-feed format amplifies the challenge of maintaining content diversity, requiring a careful balance between multi-interest learning and the risk of content drift caused by exploratory recommendations. The current e-commerce recommendation system follows a multi-stage funnel architecture (recall–ranking–re-ranking), which often leads to inconsistent chains, high maintenance costs, and an overreliance on short-term value prediction. This leads users to fall into content homogenization fatigue. To address these pain points, this project proposes leveraging large language models (LLMs) and large model technologies to achieve significant breakthroughs. On one hand, LLMs—with their vast knowledge base and few-shot reasoning capabilities—can infer new users' potential intentions from registration data and external knowledge, thereby alleviating cold-start issues. Design test specs and create judgement criteria using tools such as XRAY. Study and familiarize the latest Autopilot and other relevant vehicle features. Execute real-world testing according to test specifications, as well as providing ad-hoc support for specifically requested scenarios. Analyze test data, triage software issues and abnormal vehicle behaviors using Tesla in-house designed proprietary software tools. Communicate with developers and test engineers, be on-call for questions/comments if necessary. Maintain and document test vehicle condition, coordinate repairs/retrofits as necessary. This role requires not only deep expertise in data analytics but also strong data processing capabilities and an IT technical background to ensure smooth data pipelines, reliable data quality, and effective utilization of analytical tools. You will be responsible for guiding team members on complex data analysis projects optimizing data infrastructure, visualizing the analysis in dashboard, translating analytical insights into actionable business strategies, and developing IT tools to improve the operation efficiency. What are my responsibilities? 1.Data Management and Visualization -Lead business status monitoring by collecting and organizing sales data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness -Utilize statistical models and software to conduct comprehensive data analysis, supporting strategies and forecasts -Present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders -Develop and manage performance reports and executive dashboards to monitor goal achievement 2.Standardization and Optimization of Process -Identifying areas for process optimization and efficiency enhancement within the sales department from business and operation perspectives -Streamlining and standardizing sales and operation processes, supported by implementing tools or systems for more business impact and higher operation efficiency 3.Data Processing & IT Support: -Collaborate closely with data engineers and IT teams to design, develop, and maintain efficient and reliable data pipelines and ETL processes. -Ensure the implementation of data quality, data integrity, and data governance standards. -Possess a deep understanding of data storage, data warehouse/data lake architectures, and be able to provide optimization recommendations. -Evaluate and introduce new data processing tools and technologies to enhance the team's data processing capabilities. -Ad-hoc develop on data platforms, incl. Qliksense, Mendix, PowerBI, Snowflake, etc. 4.Team Leadership & Management: -Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data analysts, including performance management, career development planning and daily work allocation. -Foster and maintain a highly collaborative team culture, ensuring knowledge sharing and skill enhancement among team members. -Serve as the primary communication bridge between the team and business units, IT departments, and other stakeholders.
