- Lead global talent development programs and leadership building. Design, implement & continuously optimize talent development Programs as a key contributor of the Global Talent Growth Center in HQ; - Take responsibility for the roll-out of competency framework, particularly in the implementation of Global Leadership Competencies. Being co-responsible for professional competency in cooperation with HRBP in terms of guiding principles, process and toolkit; - Be an expert/consult on Talent Management topics with a holistic picture by connecting talent assessment and development initiatives under the company's criteria. identify and consolidate talent development needs and drive learning curriculum ideation/designing. Share feedback and co-drive Capability Building activities implementation & optimization; - Lead global projects and support other regional talent development/leadership programs upon needs. Ensure key stakeholders at global and local level are well communicated and have a shared understanding of all Talent related topics; - Join forces with fellow team members to ensure alignment with People & Organizational Development initiatives. Develops strong relationships with HRBPs to support client group needs in a collaborative and effective way; - Ensure market intelligence and competitiveness is included in the design and optimization by identifying market trends and creating new practices to retain, engage and motivate employees, with an outside-in view.
