Job Overview: Data Services is an organization within SAP Concur that provides data analytics consultation, report-writing services, and training to customers who use SAP Concur hosted software applications such as Travel & Expense and Invoice modules. The Data Services Consultant will manage a portfolio of customers and work with each customer to develop reporting strategies and recommend best practices for specific customer profiles & industries. For customer-requested reports, the Consultant will gather business requirements, translate these business requirements into a design, write the reports or dashboards, and work with customers to distribute the results throughout their organizations. Responsibilities as a Data Consultant will include, but are not limited to, the following: · Act as a subject matter expert for SAP Concur’s reporting module for expense, invoice and travel modules. · Manage a portfolio of customers and work with each customer to develop reporting strategies and recommend best practices. · Build, modify and maintain custom reports as per customer’s agreed business requirements. · Manage customer’s expectations (internal and external) with regards to reporting deliverables, timeframes, etc. by understanding the key business drivers and their prioritization. · Ensure completion of deliverables, managing schedules, meeting milestones, delivering within budget and committed deadlines. · Communicate project status with the SAP Concur project manager and/or customer (as applicable). · Update progress in SAP Concur’s project tracking tool. · Work on support cases from the reporting queue through to resolution (as needed). · Develop and maintain knowledge of SAP Concur’s reporting module knowledge, implementation practices and methodologies. · Be aware of, and comply with, all corporate policies (e.g. data security, compliance, audit, etc). About the Role As a Manager, Account Management in Retail Business Services (RBS), you will have the exciting opportunity to help shape and deliver on the strategy for managing Amazon vendors. RBS team is looking for a customer centric, driven, and creative people leader to join our team. The role leads a team of Vendor Consultant Managers responsible for managing business growth for some of the most influential Selling Partners (vendors) on Amazon, ensuring Selling Partner satisfaction with the program through a high level of service and operational standards. In this role, you will manage strategic joint business plans for Selling Partners across your team by collaborating with them to explore innovative ways to identify and execute new operational improvement opportunities. You will interface internally with leaders from our Retail and Vendor Services teams and will be responsible for all operational aspects of the vendor’s business with Amazon. Your team will engage directly with multiple internal teams to optimize the product line for key manufacturers (vendors) on Amazon. The candidate thrives in an ambiguous environment where they must develop, implement and iterate data, processes, mechanisms and guardrails to improve the customer experience.
