About the Role As a Manager, Account Management in Retail Business Services (RBS), you will have the exciting opportunity to help shape and deliver on the strategy for managing Amazon vendors. RBS team is looking for a customer centric, driven, and creative people leader to join our team. The role leads a team of Vendor Consultant Managers responsible for managing business growth for some of the most influential Selling Partners (vendors) on Amazon, ensuring Selling Partner satisfaction with the program through a high level of service and operational standards. In this role, you will manage strategic joint business plans for Selling Partners across your team by collaborating with them to explore innovative ways to identify and execute new operational improvement opportunities. You will interface internally with leaders from our Retail and Vendor Services teams and will be responsible for all operational aspects of the vendor’s business with Amazon. Your team will engage directly with multiple internal teams to optimize the product line for key manufacturers (vendors) on Amazon. The candidate thrives in an ambiguous environment where they must develop, implement and iterate data, processes, mechanisms and guardrails to improve the customer experience. Further, the candidate is a business owner who understands the key levers to drive business growth and can operationalize those levers across their team. They have a passion for people leadership and are at their best when they’re building, developing and managing high-performing teams. Your team will utilize a wide range of skills and work across major functional areas such as site merchandising, buying, inventory management, finance, operations and online marketing, to drive the performance of strategic vendor partners at Amazon. In this role you will be focused on the strategic and operational aspects of managing the customer relationships. You will lead the team of Managers that looks into strategic and operational aspects of vendors business with Amazon, root cause analysis of issues and opportunities affecting the vendor’s business. A day in the life Responsibilities Include: · Managing a team of Managers, prioritizing strategic initiatives and provide escalation support as needed. Success will be measured by the performance of your internal teams on input metrics and impact of vendors on creating a great customer experience. Identify, action and/or provide advice on how to improve business input metrics that drive growth and improve end customer experience, in collaboration with other Amazon programs and teams. Manage end to end goal setting for team to align with organizational goals. Build relationships with stakeholders across the portfolio; proactively build joint business plan action items and act as a point of escalation for outstanding issues, questions, and concerns. Act as a thought leader in defining success criteria and understand business needs of Selling Partners in an ever-changing business environment. Contributes to and leads strategic plans and documents for the organization. Leads recruiting and hiring efforts across direct team and broader organization. Manage stakeholders needs and monitor complexity through efficient resource allocation. Drive/monitor stakeholder’s satisfaction survey results to analyze both positive and negative feedback trends. Establish improvement plans and mange expectations with Vendor Consultants as appropriate.

Design on-platform and off-platform creative activity plans based on target user groups, marketing themes, and market demand to enhance user acquisition, retention, and drive platform transaction growth. 2. Cross-Department Coordination & Collaboration: Work closely with teams such as Marketing, Product, and others. Organize cross-department meetings to drive the progress of activities and ensure key milestones are met on time. 3. Data Analysis & Optimization: Track and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns, including metrics such as traffic, conversion, and subsidies. Continuously optimize marketing strategies based on data insights and propose improvement plans to ensure sustained platform benefits. 4. Campaign Communication: Design communication strategies and timing for campaign promotion through on-platform channels and external media. Ensure that marketing materials align with the campaign theme and generate user interest and participation.

Demand Management Standardization and Implementation Collaborate with sales, product, supply chain, and other stakeholders to establish the company's demand management standards, including demand classification, reporting frequency and pace, accuracy indicators, and responsibilities of all parties involved; Promote the implementation and updating of requirements management standards in daily work 2. Requirement docking and response Connect with sales , establish a collection and output mechanism for sales PPL, major customer needs, and emergency/sudden needs; Integrate product , collaborate with product to input demand information and appeals according to management standards, and review and confirm product line pick-up; Develop FCST requirements and communicate them to downstream departments. Lead the negotiation and response of various departments regarding resource and supply-demand related issues in the sales and product 3. Key clients and project management Connect with international business to ensure the supply and demand guarantee of international business clients and key projects; Prepare low-cost plan reserves for actual delivery needs of "sales/products/supply" 4. Collaborative optimization of supply and demand chain Based on demand information, clarify the requirements for delivery SLA and supply LT, manage the satisfaction of demand and resource services for sales and product , and build an efficient supply and demand chain
1.Partnership Management: Manage and maintain Trip.com’s relationships with OTA partners, Resellers and Metasearches. Optimize distirbution policies and strategy to enhance the sales goal of the company. 2.Business Negotiations: Lead the team handling business negotiations with OTA partners, Resellers and Metasearches including procurement, formulation of operational rules, implementation of cooperation plans, and maintaining customer relationships. Ensure team's KPI & OKR indicators proceed smoothly. 3.Cross-Department Collaboration: Assist the company's finance, product, technology, and service teams in streamlining processes with clients and facilitating communication. Ensure a full-cycle integration in product distribution, operational service system construction, and financial processes. 4.Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of operational data from partners on a regular basis. Provide accurate data support to the company and clients to help formulate and adjust operational strategies. 5.Performance Tracking and Strategy Adjustment: Monitor and review the effectiveness of partnerships, and adjust cooperation strategies in a timely manner to respond to market changes and customer needs.
Partnership Development: Identify, negotiate, and secure partnerships with MNOs and MVNOs globally. Maintain strong relationships to ensure long-term collaboration and mutual growth. Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with company strategy and objectives. Manage the end-to-end process from initial contact to contract signing. Market Expansion: Develop and implement strategies to expand the availability and reach of travel essentials products, driving market share growth in key regions. Product Enhancement: Collaborate with partners to develop and launch new products or services that meet the needs of travelers. Provide market insights to optimize product offerings and enhance customer satisfaction. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments such as marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure seamless integration and execution of different projects. Performance Monitoring: Regularly review and analyze partner performance metrics. Provide insights and recommendations to improve outcomes and maximize ROI. Market Research: Conduct ongoing research on industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements in the telecom sector.
