What is expected of you:

Education/qualifications
 
We accept candidates with:
 
Master or bachelor degree in major of STEM, IT related, computer science, software engineer, finance, economy
Full-time student: who will be graduated in 2027(Is a Must)
Customer service mindset
With Communication & presentation skills and good team work
Adaptability & flexibility to manage change
Business knowledge is a plus
Fluent in English is a plus
 
 
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
 
 
Supports consulting on business process level to translate customer's vision into solutions
Supports in mapping business processes and solution requirements
Supports the transformation towards the Intelligent Enterprise
Supports solution design and configuration for specific solutions (on premise, cloud and hybrid), applying state of the art methodologies and standards
Drives deployment of best practice business processes for specific Lob's or industries
Supports other colleagues engaged in pre-sales activities, solution reviews, feasibility studies or work in de-escalation of projects
Supports in partner-led projects to ensure ecosystem and customer success
Introduces SAP and industry leading practices and content based on pre-existing templates
Delivers solution training to customer team members
Creates project documentation and documentation of delivered services
Understands the relevant section of the services portfolio for the respective solution area and delivers according to service specification
Supports in solution testing and issue resolution
