We are looking for an experienced Cloud Solutions Architect to join the fast growing, Tencent Cloud International. The qualified individual will support the Business Development Manager in pre-sales activities, including evaluation and qualification of customer requirement, and to provide technical advice and solutions to customers. He / She will liaise and collaborate with different Tencent Cloud technical and product teams (based in mainland China), to identify and secure domain expertise and resource, in formulating a Tencent Cloud solution to customers. 1.Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the Tencent Cloud Services Platform. 2.Remove Sales obstacles by providing internal consulting, training, and knowledge support. 3.Partner with Sales to build long-term account relationships, that deliver ongoing business value. 4.Develop Tencent Cloud-based demonstrations and solutions that successfully meet customer requirements. 5.Collaborate with internal Product and Engineering teams to diagnose and resolve problem cases. 6.Contribute to solution design, technical documentation, and complete awareness within the Solutions Team.

As a member of the Firmware Integration team, you will be responsible for delivering high quality firmware, software, and hardware to the manufacturing line. You will architect the software solutions for manufacturing quality Energy products (e.g. Powerwall, Megapack) in our factories. Rethink manufacturing processes and test equipment dependency with our in-house product and design teams. Engineer a software stack capable of ultra-high volume production capacity across our entire supply chain. Ensure flexibility within our product design and manufacturing test functionality to achieve critical business objectives. You will have the opportunity to solve challenging problems on the production line and in the field. Collaborate closely with hardware, manufacturing, and service engineering to design firmware and automation solutions for a seamless commissioning experience. Responsibilities： · Develop, enhance and debug new and existing software in C, Python, or Golang. · Perform hardware and firmware integration of current and next generation Tesla charging systems. · Author product test specification of home and commercial charging products for optimal coverage at each step in the assembly process. · Design robust and exhaustive test procedures for high voltage power electronics, battery modules, thermal systems, and solar product assemblies. · Contribute to software architecture design, development of software applications, and integration into manufacturing processes and production lines. · Track and communicate project status and risks to the wider organization. Interact with engineers from multiple teams. · Hands-on with hardware bring up, debug issues and devise solution paths. · Provide technical and leadership excellence for the team. Key Job Responsibilities - Build and maintain long-term technical relationships with enterprise customers, focusing on GPU performance optimization and resource allocation efficiency on AWS cloud or similar cloud services. - Analyze customers’ current architecture, models, data pipelines, and deployment patterns; create a GPU bottleneck map and measurable KPIs (e.g., GPU utilization, throughput, P95/P99 latency, cost per unit). - Design and optimize GPU resource usage on EC2/EKS/SageMaker or equivalent cloud compute, container, and ML services; implement node pool tiering, Karpenter/Cluster Autoscaler tuning, auto scaling, and cost governance (Savings Plans/RI/Spot/ODCR or equivalent). - Drive GPU partitioning and multi-tenant resource sharing strategies to reduce idle resources and increase overall cluster utilization. - Guide customers in PyTorch/TensorFlow performance tuning (DataLoader optimization, mixed precision, gradient accumulation, operator fusion, torch.compile) and inference acceleration (ONNX, TensorRT, CUDA Graphs, model compression). - Build GPU observability and monitoring systems (nvidia-smi, CloudWatch or equivalent monitoring tools, profilers, distributed communication metrics) to align capacity planning with SLOs. - Ensure compatibility across GPU drivers, CUDA, container runtimes, and frameworks; standardize change management and rollback processes. - Collaborate with cloud provider internal teams and external partners (NVIDIA, ISVs) to resolve cross-domain complex issues and deliver repeatable optimization solutions. ------------------------------------------------------
