Responsibilities Evaluate and diagnose problems and make appropriate repairs. Work with co-workers, customer & field support in isolating and solving problems. Maintain and optimize equipment on a daily basis to enhance functionality and prevent problems. Customer interface : daily machine status, PM status, machine time , P/T in/out communication with customer. Perform administrative and coordination duties, including pass-downs, work orders, field service reports, system problem reports, and monthly reports. Prepare written technical reports on an independent basis. Provide if appropriate support and assistance to less experienced ASML or local personnel as necessary. Handling tool/parts for service actions with high quality Should expect to spend more than 50% of the time inside the clean room working with mechanical and electrical equipment. Can work flexibly, can accept overtime working - Have initiative to communicate with colleagues and learn from them Can accept manager/leader’s flexible arrangement based on company business needs
• Be a subject matter expert on databases, particularly on Relational Databases, able to discuss with customer on database modelling, migration, performance testing and day to day operations • Have wide ranging experience with open source and commercial databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle & SQL Server…etc • Be familiar with major cloud service providers in using it for deployment of workloads (AWS, Alicloud, GCP, Azure…etc) • Be a technical expert on all aspects of OceanBase (compatibility assessment, deployment, administration, development, migration…etc) • Facilitate introduction, discussion and demonstration of OceanBase’s technology, vision and value proposition either via individual or group sessions with customers • Engage and discover prospects’ pain points, business/technical challenges and identify how OceanBase can add value • Run Proof of Concept projects with customers to validate OceanBase’s capabilities Support post sale OceanBase implementation with OceanBase delivery team • Maintain deep understanding of competitive as well as complementary technologies and how to position OceanBase DB in relation to them • Provide guidance on how to resolve customer-specific technical challenges • Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to continuously improve OceanBase product and position in the market

Educate stakeholders on leveraging UED expertise to maximize project impact. Manage multiple projects and expectations in a fast-paced environment to provide focus for the team. 3) Independence & Ownership in Design Projects: Organise and prioritise design requirements in alignment with strategic roadmaps. Foster collaboration through discussions/workshops with stakeholders for alignment. Visualise complex concepts simply, facilitating effective communication with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams. Apply Design Thinking to convert customer needs into effective prototypes. 4) Team Contribution to DS: Drive discussions to unify and improve design components/style libraries across domains. Conduct risk assessment on user profile. Monitor and analyze risk indicators to finetune underwriting and portfolio management policy • Prepare and analyze risk reports such as portfolio performance, industry exposure, vendor performance and historical customer trends • Coordinate with modeling team on risk tools development including decision scorecards and responsible for risk model evaluation and continuously monitor its performance to ensure the stability and accuracy of risk strategy • Support conceptualization development for new credit products suitable for retail markets • Track and monitor the full credit cycle performance and risk appetite metrics. • Evaluate and influence to balanced business growth in the form of policy refinement and credit testing • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices • Support country with portfolio deep-dive analyses and provide insights with recommendations on policy changes to improve portfolio quality. • Collaborate with Business teams, Product teams, Engineering teams and Ops team to balance risk management target with business target and user experience
L1 SOC monitoring (24x7 shift basis) ● L1 SOC monitoring of security alerts 24x7 utilising SIEM, EDR tools, and intrusion detection systems (IDS/IPS) ● Analyse logs, network traffic, end point data or other source logs to identify suspicious activity or indicators of compromise (IoCs). ● Triage and prioritize alerts based on severity, impact, and organizational risk, and perform required escalations and mitigations Incident response ● Perform containment and mitigation actions for incidents. Escalate confirmed or high-risk incidents to L2/L3 analysts or incident response teams. ● Collate required information to complete incident documentation and report if necessary. Governance ● To support the Security GRC team during regulatory inspection, external audit, customer queries, security certificate programs, and internal audit projects to ensure compliance with regulations and customer requirements. ● Perform due diligence to assess the information security posture of our third parties ● Support in any on-site assessments of our third party / outsourced parties Vulnerability & threat intelligence: ● Stay updated on emerging threats through threat intelligence
