任职要求
Introduction to the job Develop generalist team technical skills level & UiR engineer’s skill to meet increasing local solving power >80% . Engage team members to achieve designed team goal efficiently. Enable generalist to lead complex issues escalation to TS/GSC to speed up solution come out & drive AP quality of TS. Coordinates and ensures execution of multiple activities which are specific as to goal and content. The interaction with other teams requires a good understanding of the interfaces with other disciplines/parties.
