Introduction to the job Runs and interprets existing reports supporting operational activities. Understands the established operational planning systems, follows related protocols and is able to co-lead a specific area of responsibility within a system. • Coordinate with Commercial to perform logistics forecast planning activities on short-term and long-term forecast to support operational strategy. • Track and provide insights on planning accuracy against forecasted numbers, work for forecast accuracy improvement and feedback to stakeholders. • Responsible for parcel injection and depletion analysis on a daily basis, and Mega Campaigns for Logistics functions. • Perform data analysis and enhance data visibility through dashboard or autobots to improve forecasting model and optimize planning process. • Coordinate with stakeholders to conduct Cost Optimization Analysis Model. • Participate and support cross-functional projects where required. • Engage required local stakeholders from Lazada Logistics, Lazada and regional stakeholders.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Plan and support the Site Leader in driving RCC strategies focused on operational excellence, talent development, innovation, inclusion and diversity, and more. - Execute cadence and management system for RCC strategic activities, and help coordinate business operations in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. - Support Site Leader and APAC Business Planner in planning and coordinating leadership site visits and key communication meetings, including contributing to agenda development. - Implement communication strategies that promote awareness and alignment around key organizational themes. This includes supporting the execution of leadership staff meetings, quarterly offsites, manager sessions, all-team meetings, and internal communications (e.g., websites, message boards, and emails). - Create platforms and engagement forums that enable leaders to connect with employees in fun and meaningful ways that reflect Apple’s culture and values. - Contribute to delivering employee experiences that are thoughtfully designed—intentional, authentic, and aligned with Apple’s values. - Develop best-in-class communication collateral aligned with corporate brand guidelines and Apple’s design and style philosophy.
1. 3PL Capacity Management: Monitor and ensure that target capacity metrics for third-party logistics (3PL) partners are met. This includes evaluating performance and implementing improvements as needed. 2. Rider Shift Monitoring: Track and manage rider shift schedules, ensuring adherence to planned timings and identifying any deviations that could impact operations. 3. Performance Analysis: Analyze rider performance data relative to their scheduled shifts, extract actionable insights, and collaborate with relevant teams to optimize operational efficiency. 4. Data Insights Extraction: Extract insights from large amounts of data to support operational decision-making. 5. Translation Support: Assist with translating documents for partners as required.
