Contributes to the solution of faults and takes the necessary initiatives and practical decisions to ensure zero repeat.
Solves technical issues within own focus area (e.g. sub-module).
New Product Introduction
Contributes to New Product Introduction by applying knowledge in product or process development projects; foresees problems in the production of the product in the design phase and improves the manufacturability of the product.
Engineering
Understands engineering problems and proposes solutions to problems.

Context Has basic knowledge of 1 sub-module/module, be able to maintain and improve the workprep, be able to solve an issue on (sub-) module level. Works within standard practices and procedures and is supervised on progress and results. Mainly interacts with GL and colleagues in own team.
1.熟悉开关电源、线性稳压电源工作原理;懂PWM、PFC等控制方式及DC-DC、AC-DC、DC-AC、RF电源的变换方式; 2.有维修高电压HV、高电流HC、高功率HP电源维修经验; 3.负责射频电源及自动匹配器维修,如AE、ENI、MKS、Comdel、AD-TEC等品牌; 4.有直流电源、匹配器、RPS维修经验;负责电路板及Chiller维修检测。
Context Expert knowledge of 1 module and advanced knowledge of a second module, expert/advanced knowledge on workprep, tooling, hardware, software. Covers all related ASML Factories (supporting) activities to assemble and test qualified modules and submodules into a complete system, including the optical fabrication processes. Works independently. Leads and drives resolution of technical problems or projects. Responsible for work package. Is a sparring partner for GL and Manager on process, projects and technical topics; is able to think outside standard processes. Develops and maintains a network across several functional areas, to be able to drive solutions for structural problems within a competency and adjacent options.
Context - Leads less routine service actions, overseeing the execution by the engineers/operators. Has cross-competency knowledge to understand the interaction between competencies. Has a robust specialty (fully developed competency) and applies knowledge to other competencies. Can influence others on technical subjects and on the correct quality standards and educates more junior colleagues. - Proficient in multiple engineering competencies, capable of independent problem-solving. - Thorough understanding of product components and their interactions. - Exceptional understanding of engineering competencies, provides input on architectural decisions, based on practical experience. - Manages tasks across multiple platforms, adapting solutions to different contexts. - Proactively identifies and resolves systemic structural issues - Leading process improvement initiatives to optimize workflows and enhance productivity.
