Introduction to the job The Customer Support organization is responsible for the installation, qualification, repair and maintenance of the ASML systems at customers site and is responsible for the necessary transfer of know how to the customer. Local sited Customer Support branches perform these tasks for the customers within the specific region. Regional Technical Support organization is responsible for providing higher level technical analysis and solution to the escalated issues from Local sited CS branches over the country. As a regional tech support engineer for a DUV specific technical competences, provide support to internal and external customers by solving escalated problems and providing information to ensure the optimum machine performance criteria are well met in the field. Role and responsibilities Responsible to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to equipment and performance problems in various technical competencies. Solving complex technical problems by remotely analyzing data, creating deterministic forward looking action plans, managing escalations, and delivering on-site support when requested at customer sites Identify structural solutions to prevent issues from happening again in future, collaboration with the local team FSE or OTS to build up the knowledge and experience database for achieving the goal Share knowledge, expertise and lessons learned within the organization During New Product Introduction (NPI), upskill on new features, and support local sites for the new platforms

1. Ensure compliance with the IT architecture standards set by the headquarters, conducting testing and validation of local products to meet these standards. Oversee the procurement process and complete equipment purchases. 2. Work in coordination with the headquarters IT architecture team and local service providers to facilitate the procurement, installation, configuration, and upgrade of network equipment and low-voltage systems (such as video surveillance, access control, cabinets, cables, etc.). 3. Manage local system integration projects to ensure that solutions based on headquarters' technical requirements are effectively implemented and tailored to meet local needs. 4. Take charge of creating and implementing localized IT solutions, which include the maintenance and operation of IT infrastructure, while ensuring alignment with headquarters standards. 5. Monitor the performance of regional office networks using tools provided by headquarters IT, gather user feedback, and develop and implement improvement measures based on this input. 6. Oversee the management, tracking, and inventory of local IT infrastructure resources (including equipment records, supplier relationships, etc.), address local issues, and ensure the integrity of the IT infrastructure. 7. Coordinate with local service providers in Saudi Arabia to expedite problem resolution and ensure the efficient allocation of service provider resources. 8.Provide support in creating standard operating procedures and documentation, and maintain regular communication with the headquarters IT team regarding the progress of localization solution implementations.
1. Manage the certification of various international listed countries, including but not limited to the management and control of various project certification plans, and prepare technical materials and test prototypes on time; 2. Collect updates on international laws and regulations and mandatory standards of defoned country, and systematically pull together the interpretation, evaluation, and introduction of the closed loop of relevant departments; 3. Certification research: When key components are changed or reported, the impact scope of certification in various countries is evaluated and introduced; 4. Establish certification projects according to international regional demands, such as certification cycle extension, national new demand introduction process formulation, etc.; 5. Organize and lead the construction of international certification compliance system
