1. The position responsibilities involve delivering the hardware, configuration and fiber connectivity of interdependent scaling projects across several data center locations. The Network Technician will work closely with both internal customers and external vendors to facilitate smooth project execution in association with Technical Program Managers. 2. Network cabling infrastructure planning, coordination, installation , and decommission. 3. Network device deployment, turn up, and decommission. 4. Emergent Scaling Response. 5. New network hardware review. 6. New network hardware training, and support documentation for deployment and support. 7. Maintaining & Revising Standards and Procedures for Network HW, cabling and labeling standards within Network rooms, in collaboration with our customers. 8. Network Room Maintenance, Retrofitting, and Upgrades, in collaboration with our partners 9. New Network Room/Area design, in collaboration with our customers.
1. Provide administrative support to the VP of Marketing and Business Development, including contract submission and tracking, partner payment coordination, product shipping/receiving, and quarterly reporting. 2. Maintain and update the company CRM with influencer deliverables, performance metrics, and campaign data. 3. Research, identify, and cultivate relationships with new influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors across tech, filmmaking, creative, and mainstream categories. 4. Manage existing influencer partnerships to ensure timely content delivery, quality, and alignment with brand standards. 5. Monitor industry trends and competitors to stay informed of emerging digital and social media strategies. 6. Collaborate with global teams to support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and regional/global marketing initiatives. 7. Represent Insta360 at industry events, conferences, and trade shows. 8. Manage and track office inventory, including marketing and product supplies. 9. Plan and coordinate team-building activities and outings. 10. Manage inter-office communication with HQ teams (admin, finance, legal). 11. Assist in onboarding new team members, providing training on internal systems and resources. 12.Work closely with legal and finance to refine templates, optimize internal workflows, and improve operational processes.

Support R&D Operations Planning - Assist in gathering and analyzing data for R&D resource forecasting (e.g., personnel, equipment needs). - Support the preparation of project timelines and milestone tracking under supervision. - Contribute to the organization of R&D budget documentation and cost monitoring. 2. HR and Team Support - Assist in organizing R&D team training sessions and workshops (e.g., scheduling, materials preparation). - Support onboarding of new R&D interns or working students. - Help maintain team engagement initiatives (e.g., social events, internal surveys). 3. Financial and Administrative Tasks - Aid in tracking R&D project expenses and preparing invoices/receipts for reimbursement and payment. - Handle administrative tasks (e.g., filing, data entry, procurement order tracking). 4. Supplier and Resource Support - Assist in maintaining supplier databases and collecting performance metrics (e.g., delivery times, quality reports). - Support logistics coordination for R&D materials and equipment. - Document facility maintenance requests and track resolution status. 5. Facilities Management (Daily Operations) - Assist in organizing facility tours, meetings, or maintenance schedules. - Ensure compliance with safety protocols (e.g., updating checklists, supporting audits).
