1. Responsible for the design and production of marketing materials for Brazilian chain restaurant brands, including business proposals, visual effects, and data analysis visualization. 2. Assist in conducting market research, analyzing industry trends and market dynamics of chain brands, and continuously improving and optimizing the localization of marketing materials. 3. Participate in cross-departmental collaboration, communicate with the sales team to understand their business needs, extract the core value points of platform products and services, and assist the platform in reaching cooperation intentions with chain brands. 4. Assist the team in completing ad hoc tasks as assigned.

1. Track and visualize key operational metrics in dashboards and reports to support logistics performance improvement. 2. Reconcile invoices from partner companies with internal data; identify and resolve anomalies. 3. Maintain accurate cost and KPI dashboards; support regular financial reporting and audits. 4. Build tools and dashboards to support workforce management at sort centers. 5. Support modeling and forecasting for partner operations, including cost, volume, and performance indicators. 6. Develop tools (e.g., Excel/VBA-based) to simulate the impact of business decisions on costs and KPIs. 7. Assist with presentations, annual budgeting, market research, and other strategic operations initiatives.
