Draft and post job ads; maintain a healthy candidate pipeline.

Screening & Coordination
Conduct initial CV screening against role requirements.
Schedule interviews, coordinate stakeholders, and manage calendar invites/meeting logistics.
Support assessment administration (e.g., written tests, case studies).

Candidate Experience & Communication
Communicate with candidates regarding interview steps, timelines, and feedback.
Support campus recruitment events, career fairs, and info sessions.

Recruitment Operations
Maintain accurate data in ATS/HR systems (e.g., Workday/SuccessFactors/Greenhouse).
