任职要求
1. 计算机类、软件工程类、车辆工程类、自动化类、电子信息类等相关专业； 2. 硕士及博士研究生； 3. 每周5天，至少3个月以上，并按要求完成相关任务； 4. 有一定计算机基础，熟练使用Python / C++等编程语言和Linux操作系统； 5. 有较强代码编写和调试能力，能够对开源算法进行复现、调试和改进； 6. 有志于深耕自动驾驶领域，工作严谨负责、积极用心，有较强团队合作能力和自驱力； 7. 在自动驾驶场景生成与挖掘等领域有项目经验者优先；有感知/定位/决策/预测/规划/DPC/PNC算法开发经验者优先；有机器学习、深度学习、大模型等相关经验者优先；发表过相关领域SCI期刊或CCF-A/CCF-B/CCF-C会议优先；
工作职责
1. 基于风险场理论、人工势场方法、RSS数学模型等，进行自动驾驶评估算法开发和评估环境搭建； 2. 完成评估算法的接入和日常调试，完成测试数据的处理、分析，并结合相关指标完成自动驾驶算法的安全评估和问题定位； 3. Data-science应用于数据场景挖掘&生成。
