工作职责
1.负责滴滴自动驾驶系统的稳定性前置测试服务开发与维护工作 2.参与分析算法程序crash问题分析,定位,协助解决、验证等工作
1、协助搭建基于仿真的自动驾驶系统测试评估体系; 2、参与自动驾驶系统问题分析、定位,通过部分系统分析和数据分析工作为部门提供高价值研发数据 3、参与仿真引擎开发,提升仿真效率;
1. 参与自动驾驶远程辅助系统后端系统研发 2. 使用 C++ 开发和优化远程辅助系统的用户交互端 3. 参与实时数据传输、音视频数据处理和渲染、系统性能调优等 4. 协助开发和维护 QT 框架下的用户界面,确保操作流畅且响应迅速 5. 与团队协作,参与系统架构设计、代码审查和问题排查 6. 编写技术文档,记录开发过程和调试经验
1. 参与台架及实车环境下的OTA问题排查与定位,协助输出分析报告; 2. 理解现有代码逻辑,补充边界及异常场景的模块级单元测试; 3. 统计并分析实车升级数据(成功率、耗时、失败原因等),支持版本质量评估; 4. 参与OTA升级包的构建与版本管理

Job Description: ● Oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including Talent Acquisition, HRBP, Training & Development, Employee Relations, HR projects, etc. ● Collaborate closely with senior business leaders and their teams to formulate and implement HR strategies that promote organizational and employee excellence across the region ● Design and implement talent acquisition solutions to meet Alibaba Cloud's explosive business growth, and establish recruitment plans and effective recruitment channels to ensure that all hiring needs are delivered efficiently and accurately. ● Manage the local onboarding processes and partner with the SSC/ Staffing team to ensure seamless integration for new and relocated employees ● Ensure company HR policies, practices and programs comply with local employment laws and provide clear interpretations to employees and managers ● Organize events and activities to drive a positive culture across the teams and departments. ● Undertake other ad hoc projects as required.
