任职要求
1、计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，3-5年前端研发工作经验； 2、精通前端技术，包括但不限于HTML5、CSS3、JavaScript ES6+，熟悉前端工程化、模块化开发思想； 3、熟练掌握React技术栈，有丰富的React实战项目经验，包括但不限于React、VUE等； 4、对Node.js有深入了解，并有实际项目经验者优先，能够利用Node.js进行后端开发，对服务侧稳定性、安全性有实践经验； 5、具备B端中后台系统开发经验者优先，熟悉B端产品的交互设计和用户体验优化； 6、具备良好的团队协作精神和沟通能力，能够与产品经理、UI设计师和后端工程师等团队成员紧密合作； 7、对前端技术发展趋势保持关注，有较强的学习能力和创新精神。
工作职责
1、负责公司内部工作台中后台系统和H5的前端研发工作，包括需求分析、设计、编码和维护； 2、参与前端技术选型和技术方案制定，推动团队技术革新和进步； 3、与团队成员紧密协作，按时高质量完成项目开发任务； 4、关注用户体验，持续优化产品交互和性能； 5、负责相关技术文档的编写和维护。
