任职要求
1、计算机或相关专业毕业，本科及以上学历，2~5年前端开发经验，有大厂项目经验的优先； 2、扎实的前端基本功，熟悉Web标准，对前端性能、可访问性、可维护性等相关知识有实际的了解和实践经验，了解浏览器兼容性及相关调试方法； 3、熟练掌握并在项目实际应用过 React / Vue 中至少一项，具备小程序开发经验； 4、有React Native、Flutter、Uniapp等跨端开发经验优先； 5、具有较强的学习能力，关注新技术，有开源作品和跨平台开发经验的优先； 6、积极主动，有良好的团队合作精神和强烈的责任感，对产品体验有极致的追求，有突出的分析和解决问题的能力；
工作职责
1. 负责滴滴代驾乘客端App、小程序，司机端App，以及运营和营销平台等系统的研发工作； 2. 与产品、设计沟通，并能够针对不同业务需求给出前端技术解决方案； 3. 深度参与App和小程序的性能优化、稳定性保障、架构升级，以及组件化建设等相关工作，提升软件体验和研发效率；
