任职要求
1、计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，至少2年以上互联网开发工作经验； 2、扎实的计算机基础知识，良好的算法和编程功底，精通GO/PHP/Java语言中的一种，熟悉常用的设计模式和数据结构； 3、熟悉数据库、缓存、队列等常用组件的原理和应用，熟悉RPC框架、负载均衡等分布式技术，具备系统架构设计能力者优先； 4、敏锐的业务理解能力，较强的抽象能力，善于用通用的技术方案满足多样性的业务需求； 5、有团队精神和自驱能力，有一定的抗压能力，具备良好的沟通能力。 有以下条件者优先: 1、有运营相关系统研发经验； 2、有O2O相关经验； 3、有一定英文基础。

职位描述 1、负责滴滴国际化外卖骑手运营方向研发，打造一站式骑手运营平台，灵活高效的支撑前线运营管理； 2、业务范围包含运力模式管理，品类管理，骑手等级和骑手奖励等等，还包含对外的供应商运营平台； 3、基于上述业务场景，丰富业务系统，完善底层引擎，平衡业务灵活性、持续提升研发效率与系统稳定性；
