任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机科学、数学等相关专业，有3-5年的算法工作经验，有实际项目经验者优先 2. 熟练掌握Python/GoLang/C++等编程语言，具备扎实的数据结构和算法基础 3. 深入理解机器学习和深度学习算法，熟悉业界主流的推荐算法，并能熟练应用于实际场景 4. 具备良好的数据处理和分析能力，熟练使用SQL/Spark等数据处理工具和深度学习框架TensorFlow/PyTorch等 5. 具有较强的问题解决能力和创新思维，能够独立解决复杂的技术问题，对新技术有强烈的学习热情 6. 具备良好的团队协作精神和沟通能力，能够与跨部门团队有效合作
工作职责
1. 负责滴滴国际化外卖业务推荐算法的迭代与优化，强化用户体验，提高推荐转化率，合理调控流量分发确保内容精准触达目标用户 2. 深入研究和分析用户行为数据，挖掘用户兴趣和需求，构建用户画像，为推荐算法提供数据支持 3. 探索和应用前沿的机器学习、深度学习算法，推动推荐算法的创新和升级 4. 与产品/业务团队紧密合作，及时响应产品需求变化，为业务增长提供有力支撑 5. 监测和分析推荐系统的性能指标，及时发现并解决问题，持续优化推荐算法的效果
