任职要求
1、计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，2年以上服务端开发经验； 2、熟悉Python、Java或Go，精通至少一门，具备系统设计和编码能力； 3、掌握MySQL、Redis等主流数据库及至少一种消息队列（如Kafka、RabbitMQ）； 4、了解主流微服务架构和中间件，对高可用、负载均衡、容错与分布式事务有较深入理解和实际经验； 5、具备良好的代码规范意识与文档编写能力，有良好的团队协作及沟通能力。 6、有AI、智能体平台或大型服务端项目开发经验者优先考虑； 7、对新技术充满热情，乐于探索，不断提升自身技术能力。
工作职责
1、参与AI智能体平台的服务端架构设计与核心功能开发，参与平台的架构选型、性能优化与系统稳定性保障； 2、参与项目需求分析、技术评审、系统设计及核心模块编码，确保项目高质量落地； 3、配合前端、算法等多团队协同，参与平台API/协议设计与相关组件开发； 4、持续关注行业前沿技术，根据业务需要引入新技术，提高研发效率和服务性能。
