1、本科及以上学历，数学、计算机、通信等相关专业优先 2、在NLP领域中有至少一年经验，发表过顶级学术会议高质量论文者优先； 3、拥有扎实算法理论基础，具备一年以上的深度学习经验，有使用大模型提升业务效果经验者优先 4、熟练运用python/Java/C++至少一种语言、掌握Linux shell常用操作；有spark/hadoop/hive相关分布式大数据处理经验 5、能够独立负责项目，具备良好的问题分析和解决能力，具备良好的沟通合作能力。有很强的责任感，敢于迎接挑战。
工作职责
负责滴滴国际化搜索引擎研发，包括： 1、参与滴滴极具创新的搜索系统技术研究，挑战智能搜索领域的世界级问题。挖掘大规模地理信息数据的价值，推进NLP技术在智慧地图中的应用，领衔地理信息技术，创造极致出行体验。 2、负责用深度学习重新定义地图Query语义分析-召回架构，优化用户Query分析改写引擎，改进召回效果和效率，解决复杂Query语义理解和召回问题。 3、参与创新性技术研究，利用大模型、大规模地理数据改造传统搜索技术，推进AI技术发展。
