Your Responsibilities As an Operations Manager at Didi ANZ, you will play a pivotal role in driving pricing strategy and enhancing customer experience to ensure sustainable growth and competitive advantage. Your key responsibilities include: Lead Pricing Strategy & Execution : - Own end-to-end pricing decisions, including dynamic price adjustments, surge pricing models, and promotional campaigns. - Conduct deep-dive analytics to evaluate pricing effectiveness, elasticity, and ROI, ensuring alignment with business goals. - Collaborate with BI, Product and other teams to design and implement scalable pricing frameworks. Market & Competitive Analysis : - Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and regulatory changes to inform strategic adjustments. - Develop segmentation strategies based on city dynamics, user behavior, and demand patterns. Customer Experience and Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Identify core user pain-points and work closely with regional and global teams to craft effective solutions using a wide range of levers. - Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders, driving data-backed decisions.

RBS AGS team aims to maximize the revenue potential of AGS selections and improve global store customer experience. We improve selections availability by addressing drop-off reasons from source MP to destination MP (Buyability), enhance GS ASINs exposure and ease customer journey in reaching GS ASINs and making buying decisions (Discoverability and Detail Page IDQ). We are seeking an individual who will play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities for selections conversion (to GV, GMS) through business analytic approach as a Sr. Business Analyst. We expect you to be with relevant experience/methodology. Data Warehouse Design, Development, Maintenance and Optimization: Architect, build and manage secure, flexible and scalable data warehouse solutions. Ensure the iterations adapt to the ever-changing global technology and new business demand. Performance Optimization: Write complex and efficient SQL queries for data manipulation, transformation, and aggregation. Optimize SQL queries to improve performance and efficiency. ETL Process Management: Design, implement, and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes. Ensure accurate and efficient data integration from various sources into the data warehouse and the optimal model to fit downstream usage. Data Quality and Governance: Implement data quality checks, balances, and controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within the data warehouse. Co-work with Risk Control Management Team to ensure the optimal data quality and compliance. Collaboration and Support: Work closely with Global Team to ensure the data foundation is consistent with global standards and adapted to the latest technology; Co-work with other business analyst, business intelligence engineer, and other stakeholders to run the data foundation ecosystem and translate data needs to robust data solutions Continuous Improvement: Stay informed of industry trends and advancements in AWS based technologies. Recommend and implement improvements to processes and technologies to enhance data warehouse functionality and efficiency.
Act as a domain expert in both HR SaaS (Workday) and HR business process. Lead the implementation, Configuration, and on-going management of Workday HCM, Recruiting, Absence Management, Talent, Performance, Prism, and Integrations. Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, OPD, IT and other Key stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions. Provide Technical leadership and expertise in the multiple Workday modules, ensuring the best practices are followed and that the system supports the organization’s needs. Conduct training sessions for HR teams, CoE, and Hiring managers on Workday HCM, Recruiting, Absence, Performance Module. Develop user guides and maintain documentation for configurations, integrations, and processes. Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with global/local HR policies. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Workday modules in a timely and efficient manner. Prepare detailed estimates and test plans based on Functional requirements Analyze, design, document, and test software modifications to existing processes/configurations, reports, forms, extensions, and interfaces in the production environment Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures related to Workday, support integration with other systems and processes as they related to Workday. Stay updated with the latest Workday features and functionalities, particularly those related to Recruiting, Core HCM, Absence, Performance management and implement improvements as necessary. Facilitate review sessions with functional owners, subject matter experts and end-user representatives Provide Solutions options for the business to consider, along with pros and cons for each option and recommendation Drive the design, configuration and deployment of new projects & system enhancements Participate in the change management and go live support processes.
