1、计算机、数学、统计学等相关专业本科及以上学历，有扎实的数理基础 2、具备机器学习领域相关工作经验，熟悉常用因果推断、机器学习、深度学习等方向理论和应用 2、熟练掌握Python/Java/Scala等建模语言，熟练使用SQL/Hive/Spark/Flink等数据统计工具； 3、优秀的分析和解决问题的能力，能将业务问题逐步拆解成为技术问题，对挑战性问题充满激情 4、抗压能力强，积极主动，自驱力强，沟通良好，有团队协作精神； 优先考虑 1、有Fintech、智能增长/营销/定价相关工作经验 2、在相关国际顶级会议上有因果推断/UPLIFT等相关论文发表或深入研究经历
工作职责
1、负责滴滴国际化金融信贷用户增长、经营场景的模型能力设计、建设，开发、应用落地，具备持续迭代优化能力；包括但不限于用户对各类权益的敏感度，响应率识别、LTV预测、优化权益给予ROI等 2、负责海外信贷特征体系建设和用户画像挖掘，对集团内外部数据加工，提升用户画像、信贷意愿、权益敏感度识别能力 3、负责建模流程优化，提升模型开发和部署效率，降低模型维护成本 4、研究机器学习算法、深度学习算法、因果推断技术等前沿算法在信贷领域的实践和应用
