工作描述
任职要求 1. 3年以上算法研发经验，具备将复杂业务问题（如需求预测、库存优化、路径规划等）抽象为可计算模型并完成工程落地的完整项目经历 2. 熟悉统计建模（如时间序列预测）、机器学习（如强化学习、图神经网络）和运筹优化（如MIP、动态规划）等算法优化技术；熟练掌握Python或Java等至少一种编程语言，具备良好的工程实现能力 3. 了解ERP或云资源经营领域的核心业务逻辑，如需求预测、安全库存设定、呆滞风险评估等关键流程，对主流云计算厂商（如AWS EC2、Azure VM）的资源供给与调度机制有实践经验者优先 4. 掌握AI基础知识，掌握基础提示词工程，会使用Al专业工具，集成AI到个人工作流；有AI相关开发工具应用研发经验者优先，持有阿里云ACA/ACP/ACE认证证书者优先 5. 有强烈技…
