任职要求
1、本科或以上计算机相关学历，3年以上前端开发经验，参与过复杂项目开发的优先； 2、精通各种前端技术，包括HTML/CSS/JavaScript/NodeJS等，在Web(PC+Mobile)/Node.js/WebGL等方向上至少精通一个方向； 3、熟练掌握React/Vue前端框架，对前端工程化与模块化开发有一定了解，熟练使用Webpack、Vite等工具； 4、具备扎实的全栈开发能力，能够独立完成前后端模块开发和系统集成； 5、关注并了解AI技术，有AI研发提效经验者优先； 6、有中大型项目(围栏地图)前端架构经验、全链路的性能优化、中后台提效经验优先； 7、具备良好的团队协作精神，能利用自身技术能力提升团队整体研发效率，提高团队影响力； 8、对工作有owner意识，对前端技术有持续的热情，个性乐观开朗，逻辑性强，善于和各个岗位的同学合作。
工作职责
1、负责九霄围栏平台等两轮车核心系统（React+Vue），业务需求实现、架构设计和代码编写，保障高质量交付； 2.、负责高性能地图可视化组件库的研发工作，打造基于WebGL/WASM业界性能领先的海量地图数据组件库； 3、负责B端系统体验性能优化、以及稳定性建设, 提升用户体验, 通过技术驱动业务发展； 4、探索AI技术在研发平台中的应用，如代码生成、代码审查、自动化运维等。
