工作职责
面对国际化外卖业务复杂的多边业务交易市场,使用机器学习、统计学、运筹学、经济学等工具,设计最核心的定价补贴策略,以此驱动用户与骑手动态定价、智能骑手补贴、智能用户补贴等系统,支持国际化所有国家和城市,直接提升国际化业务核心指标,助力滴滴在国际市场的成功。 负责滴滴国际化外卖业务关于用户/商户定价与补贴的算法构建,提升业务核心指标。 结合业务,探索使用因果模型、经济模型、运筹优化、数据分析等工具,构建智能化的定价以及补贴框架以及策略。
1、Monitor supply and delivery experience data on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Analyze and identify key operation issues, and drive solutions through product or operational strategy measures. 2、Develop and adjust logistics pricing strategy, and utilize incentive measures such as bonus and subsidies to increase rider activity, performance and rider retention rate. 3、Improve the operational efficiency and reduce delivery costs by analyzing data, optimizing processes and solving problems. In charge of cost and budget management of pricing and subsidies. 4、Work with the product team and promote the launch of relevant supply operation product systems to improve product efficiency and advance intelligence in the process of supply utilization.

【职位描述】: 1、负责制定和管理E-commerce Platform核心商品的价格竞争力策略,构建政策制定及管理流程。 2、监控价格竞争力并进行绩效分析,与销售/开发等部门合作优化价格模型。 3、策划并执行价格相关的新项目,提升产品竞争力。 4、负责折扣/优惠券产品的策划和运营,包括后台系统的规划和运营。 5、规划和管理价格比较网站及商品联动系统,包括专属优惠的策划和运营,以及外部渠道的商品联动系统建设与管理。 1、Responsible for formulating and managing the pricing competitiveness strategy for E-commerce platform's core products, establishing policy-making and management processes. 2、Monitor price competitiveness and conduct performance analysis, collaborating with sales/development teams to optimize pricing models. 3、Plan and execute new initiatives related to pricing, enhancing product competitiveness. 4、Oversee the planning and operation of discount/coupon products, including backend planning and operations. 5、Plan and manage price comparison website and product linkage systems, including exclusive discount planning and operation, as well as building and managing product linkage systems with external channels.
