工作职责
1、负责外卖业务行业研究、战略复盘、商业分析,输出行业研究与战略决策报告; 2、对外卖业务的商业内核有深度思考,对宏观环境、外部市场、行业发展等有经验积淀,独立进行商业建模分析,输出战略、运营策略等建议; 3、负责行业专题研究,与业务、产品团队合作,基于内外部视角产出打法建议; 4、运用Excel和数据分析方法,通过指标拆解和定量分析对行业发展、增长等核心方向进行挖掘与归因
1. Market Analysis - Understand the dynamics of the Vietnamese gaming market; regularly track product information, content updates, and marketing approaches of leading titles in the market. - Compile and deliver competitive product and marketing case analysis reports to support localization strategy and provide strategic direction. 2. User Insights - Understand local culture from the player's perspective and provide deep local insights (cultural preferences and taboos, player behavior, channel preferences, etc.) to inform marketing campaigns, product iteration, and content direction. 3. Local Market Execution - Coordinate with local partners and teams in Vietnam to implement and review regional marketing strategies. - Build and maintain a strong local network and leverage local market resources effectively based on business needs. - Responsible for planning and executing both online and offline campaigns in Vietnam, as well as establishing and expanding local brand collaborations to drive user growth and long-term brand awareness. - Build and engage official player communities (e.g., Discord, Facebook Groups, Zalo) through highly engaging programs such as exclusive rewards, UGC campaigns, and campus partnerships; collect player feedback from communities to support publishing strategy optimization.
Team and Role Introduction As part of the AIDC digital goods operation team, the candidates serves as a strategic partner and operation lead to AE Korea, ensuring that operational initiatives align with the company's goals. The scope will involve managing cross-functional projects, streamlining processes, and facilitating communication between departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce operations, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Responsibilities: • Strategic Planning: assist in the development and execution of digital goods product and operations strategy, aligning it with overall company objectives. Partner with respective functional leaders to design, execute and track department-wise OKRs to ensure seamless execution • Project management: assist in the planning and management of cross-functional projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and align with business objectives. Support the development of project plans and status reports for ongoing initiatives. Communicate project updates effectively to stakeholders while collaborating with team members to drive project success. • Operational Excellence: identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency across User and Platform Ops functions. Collaborate with functional leaders to implement best practices and streamline workflows • Communication and Collaboration: act as a liaison between Digital Goods and other departments to ensure alignment and address any operational challenges. Organize and facilitate meetings, preparing agendas and documentation as necessary • Partner Management: manage strategic external partners to ensure adequate investment and commitment from partner for driving business growth • Analytics and Reporting: analyze performance metrics and generate reports, offering insights and recommendations to enhance operations and drive revenue growth

Job responsibilities: Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the public sector, aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. Identify target markets, segments, and key decision-makers within the public sector. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends. Business Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the public sector, including government agencies, educational institutions, and non-profit organizations. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the public sector, including tenders, requests for proposals (RFPs), and strategic partnerships. Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to showcase the organization's products or services. Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions. Sales Performance and Reporting: Monitor sales activities, track progress against targets, and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement. Prepare regular sales reports and present them to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics, market trends, and opportunities. Develop sales forecasts and pipeline reports to support sales planning and resource allocation decisions. Stay updated on industry developments, public sector policies, and regulations that may impact sales strategies.
• Define the event strategy for each patch, setting clear direction, priorities, and success criteria aligned with broader product and patch objectives. • Own the overall planning and delivery outcomes of events, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality execution without directly owning day-to-day implementation for standard events. • Translate Patch strategy and product goals into clear, executable event plans that support different player needs, including core engagement, key login moments, and differentiated player segments. • Provide clear direction, design guidance, and quality reviews for events created by designers and producers on the Live-Experience team, ensuring alignment on goals, complexity, and player experience. • Analyze post-launch performance, conduct holistic reviews, and apply learnings to continuously improve future events. • Personally design and lead high-complexity large-scale or flagship events when needed, including complex events or mini-games, while thoughtfully integrating monetization execution in support of business goals.
