工作职责


1.文化战略落地与协调
·参与设计并执行年度全球文化路线图,包括荣誉激励,司庆等庆典、全员沟通,多元化与包容性主题活动等。
·协助开发文化工具包与执行指南,并为各区域HRBP与文化对接人提供培训和持续赋能。
·建立并维护全球文化日历与知识库,确保最佳实践在组织内高效流转。
2.跨文化沟通、传播与内容本地化
· 与内部沟通团队协作,维护和管理公司的全球内部文化传播渠道,将总部倡议转化为适用于不同文化背景的沟通材料和叙事。
· 参与典型故事的挖掘,寻找并传播体现文化价值观的本地人物案例,制作多语言文化内容。
· 管控关键文化材料的翻译与本地化质量,确保信息准确且符合当地语境。
3.文化诊断、支持与关系管理
· 作为总部支持窗口,定期与海外区域文化对接人进行一对一沟通,诊断文化落地挑战。
· 基于员工敬业度与文化氛围调研中与文化相关的部分,产出洞察报告并推动改进计划。
· 根据需要前往重点区域办公室进行短期驻点,实地支持本地文化启动或转型项目。
