Job Title: Senior Associate, Organizational Culture
Location: Singapore
Reports to: Head of Organizational Culture, Lazada Group

Role Purpose
Drive Lazada’s internal culture and employee experience through internal communications and signature engagement initiatives that embody our values, strengthen connection, and make Lazada a great place to work.

Key Responsibilities
1. Internal Communications 
•	Develop and implement an integrated internal communications strategy across digital and traditional channels to align employees with business priorities and reinforce Lazada's employer brand.
•	Own end-to-end management of corporate communication platforms-including content creation, editorial coordination, and timely publication-ensuring consistency between internal and external messaging.
•	Establish robust two-way feedback mechanisms (e.g., town halls, focus groups, informal listening) to capture employee sentiment and inform organizational decisions.
2. Employee Experience & Engagement Programs
•	Design and deliver innovative employee engagement programs for Lazada Regional and Singapore-based teams, centered on meaningful work, a positive workplace culture, and recognition.
•	Lead the planning and execution of high-impact company-wide events that create memorable "Lazada signature experiences" and foster community.
•	Champion Lazada's culture as an active member of the People team-modeling, promoting, and embedding our values in everyday practices.

Complaints Handling: • To handle and manage complaints within the regions mentioned previously, experience is not required as training will be given.
