工作职责
Target setting & performance mgmt.: - Target setting: Break down top-down IBG-level targets on fleet, car partners, and drivers to each region (e.g., Brazil vs Mexico) and partners (KA vs SMEs), ensuring feasibility and right cadence of target achievement - Target tracking & validation: Track realization of targets on a weekly basis and raise any flags on target realization risks - Debottlenecking & management cadence orchestration: Run management cadence needed to bring transparency on progress and resolve issues / bottlenecks on target realization Incentive scheme & Partner mgmt. SOP setting: - Incentive scheme design: Design incentive schemes (revenue sharing, etc.) to partners and guidelines applicable across regions - Unit economics assessment: Assess unit economics from perspectives of platform, partners, and drivers to ensure attractiveness & feasibility of partnership deals - Partner mgmt. process SOP setting: Define critical rules and standardized operation processes on partner mgmt. across the partner mgmt. lifecycle (e.g., investment, negotiation, contracting, onboarding, exit) AI/Agent adoption - Drive AI agent adoption across key supply-side business processes (e.g., car partner performance mgmt., driver acquisition) and across supply-side organizations
Location:北京市 或者上海市 - Support regular strategic planning and business reviews for International Business Group (IBG) across key markets (Brazil, Mexico, Australia, Japan, etc.) - Act as Strategy BP and drive strategic projects and analyses for IBG leadership group, incl. topics in tech / AI strategy, user growth, etc. - Conduct market analysis and strategic scan for new market opportunities globally - Co-define KPIs and targets for regions based on strategy planning together with Finance Planning & Analysis team
1. 统筹滴滴TOB业务国内、国外的战略规划与投资工作; 2. 开展全维度行业深度研究及竞品分析,输出战略研判结论,结合业务目标设计自建、股权投资、并购整合、战略合作等多元化落地路径,支撑业务长期扩张; 3. 主动挖掘、筛选并储备具备强战略协同价值的海内外优质标的,独立完成项目源头拓展、商务对接、交易谈判、估值研判、条款磋商及投资协议落地; 4. 协同多团队做好战略落地/投后管理的工作。
1、构建并监控商业分析体系:利用专业知识与创新思维,设计、搭建并优化一套全面覆盖资产运营各环节的商业分析框架。通过实时监控与数据分析,确保资产配置的合理性与运营效率的最优化,创造持续的价值增长。 2、深度分析与策略制定:对全局及局部资产运营情况进行深入剖析,精准识别运营效率瓶颈与潜在风险点。针对发现的问题,提出切实可行的解决方案与策略建议,并紧密协同相关部门,推动策略的有效落地与执行,确保成果显著。 3、业务规划:结合行业发展、业务现状,从全局最优的视角出发,制定短、中、长期的资产投放规划,为公司的战略决策提供有力支持。 4、重点项目与专项研究参与:深度介入事业部级乃至公司层面的重点项目与专项研究,提供深入的分析报告与决策建议。
