工作描述
岗位职责（具体工作内容） 参与交通安全风险精排模型的研究与迭代，结合司机驾驶行为、订单、轨迹、道路及环境等数据，提升高风险订单与驾驶行为的识别能力，支撑风险预防与干预。 参与从样本构建、特征挖掘、模型训练到效果评估的完整流程，探索样本不均衡、稀疏风险信号、多源特征融合等问题的解决方案。 探索序列建模、多任务学习等技术在风险精排中的应用，在误报率、干预成本等约束下，提升模型的风险捕获能力与泛化能力。 探索大模型与精排模型的结合，包括行为序列与多模态信息理解、辅助标注、特征增强、知识蒸馏等，验证前沿技术在真实交通安全场景中的应用价值。 与算法、工程及业务团队协作，参与模型上线验证、效果分析与持续迭代，沉淀可复现的实验…
