职位描述： 欢迎加入竞技世界AI团队，参与游戏AI的前沿技术研究与落地。你将与资深算法工程师合作，深度参与公司核心游戏AI项目，利用深度学习和强化学习等技术，构建工业级大规模AI训练任务，打造具有挑战性和拟人化的游戏智能体，或解决游戏中的推荐、匹配与内容生成问题。 主要职责： 算法研发：负责深度学习、强化学习等AI算法在游戏场景中的应用研发，包括但不限于游戏智能体（Agent）开发、多智能体协同、模仿学习等。 工程实现：参与游戏环境的搭建与接入，开发和优化高效的训练框架（如基于Ray的分布式训练），负责模型训练、调优及效果验证。 前沿探索：跟踪学术界与工业界在游戏AI、大模型（LL…
