工作职责
国际化AI Agent产品实习生 国际化用户侧AI Agent目标希望通过新技术帮助用户更好地使用didi海外平台上提供的出行、外卖、找餐厅的信息服务和交易服务，带来全新的个性化、差异性的体验。实习生将有机会深度参与产品的迭代和探索过程，见证并推动新技术在真实交易场景里的融合落地。 岗位职责： 1.参与Agent的日常迭代、评测、数据分析工作，洞察用户使用产品过程中的体验和问题； 2.对不同国家和区域的AI产品进行需求调研、数据分析，敏锐地察觉用户诉求，产出完整的调研报告； 3.负责具体需求的产出，跟进项目的开发、测试，以及上线后的效果分析，深度参与产品需求的全周期；
Key Responsibilities: 1.Support Arabic and English language search result quality improvement; 2.Annotation search result：Score and annotate the search results, compile analytical reports, and provide optimization suggestions; 3.Participate in improving evaluation standards;
-建设面向AI场景的检索引擎（多维分析、文本检索、向量检索、多模检索等） -负责计算引擎：包括但不限于SQL解析规划器，查询优化器，分布式执行研发和优化 -负责存储引擎：包括单机执行引擎，资源调度，列式存储、存算分离等模块的研发和优化 -负责各集群服务稳定性保障和客户支持
1.负责公司通用AI搜索的研发和优化，提升搜索效果与用户体验。 2.利用前沿的NLP/AI技术，全链路应用深度学习模型，制定和执行算法策略，不断优化和改进算法。 3.带领团队进行技术研究和探索，解决实际业务中的问题。
